Fakhar Zaman's century was nothing short of extraordinary, coming in just 63 balls. It was the fastest-ever hundred by a Pakistani in the history of World Cups, an astonishing achievement that highlighted his remarkable prowess.

His teammates and the crowd recognized the magnitude of this achievement as he removed his helmet, embraced his skipper, Babar Azam and raised his bat to acknowledge the thunderous applause reverberating throughout the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Facing a colossal target of 402 runs, Fakhar Zaman's heroics were the beacon of hope for Pakistan. With exquisite strokeplay and unwavering determination, he led the charge, dismantling the opposition's bowling attack. Zaman reached his milestone by calmly tapping a flatter delivery into the off-side and scampering for a single.

At the time of writing, the Pakistan team has already surpassed the 20-over mark which means that the DLS-method will now be applicable if rain takes over the game.
