Virat Kohli was at his aggressive best in the ongoing India-Sri Lanka fixture. In defence of their 213-run total, the Indian pacers have started off brilliantly, taking three wickets inside the powerplay.

Jasprit Bumrah bested Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis to break open the chase, while Dimuth Karunaratne's wicket fell at the hands of Mohammed Siraj.

After Siraj dismissed Karunaratne, Kohli in his usual customary celebration brought aggression out of himself, staring at the batter and cheering at his wicket at the top of his voice.

Kohli's response also has to do with how little runs India have in the bank to defend. After scoring a century against Pakistan yesterday, the 36-year-old could not do much in the fixture against Sri Lanka, scoring only three runs.

He got dismissed by Dunith Wellalage, who took a fifer. India got bowled out for 213 runs with every wicket claimed by a spinner in their innings.

At the time of writing, Sri Lanka are at 68/4 in 17.3 overs.
