The recently concluded T20 match between Bengaluru Blasters and Hubli Tigers will go down in history as one of the best T20 matches, as the Maharaja Trophy game witnessed a triple super-over for the first time in cricket history. 

Hubli Tigers, batting first, put 164 runs on the board. In reply, the Mayank Agarwal-led side levelled the score in their twenty overs. The game went into a super over, where Bengaluru put 10 runs with Mayank registering a duck.

In reply, Manish Pandey failed to seal a win for his side as Hubli too scored 10 runs. 

2nd & 3rd Super Over

In the 2nd second super-over, both teams put 8 runs on the board. Thus, it resulted in a third super over for the first time in cricket history. 

Maharaja Trophy's twitter handle too took to social media platforms to update about the historic scenes that occurred at the Chinnaswamy stadium that hosted Bengaluru Blasters and Hubli Tigers.

As things unfolded in third super over, Bengaluru posted 12 runs on the board and Hubli, which required four to win off the last ball smashed a four to seal the epic win. 

With the win, Hubli moved to top of the table with 10 points in six games.
