Deepti Sharma knocked over England opener Tammy Beaumont for 22 in match number 20 of the 2025 ICC Women’s World Cup at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The wicket marked the 150th of Deepti’s illustrious Women’s ODI career, becoming only the tenth cricketer in the world to reach the landmark figure.
Additionally, the 28-year-old also unlocked a rare all-rounder’s milestone, previously achieved only by three cricketers in the history of the format.
Deepti Sharma becomes first Indian to scale THIS uncharted territory
Deepti Sharma dismissed both English openers, Tammy Beaumont and Amy Jones to lead India’s bowling charge in their must-win World Cup 2025 game in Indore. Deepti’s twin breakthroughs also extended her Women’s ODI tally past the 150-wicket mark.
