Rohit Sharma, the former Mumbai Indians skipper led India to their second World Cup title on 29th of June in Barbados. Since then, Rohit and his troop has enjoyed hero's welcome wherever they have gone, and the same was seen during Anant Ambani's sangeet ceremony in Mumbai. 

Both Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were felicitated in the ceremony and Nita Ambani, the owner of Mumbai Indians even broke down infront of Rohit Sharma as 'Lehra Do' played in background. Rohit Sharma though was in good mood and just smiled and have thumbs up to the crowd as Nita Ambani cried alongside him.

India's Performance in the T20 WC final & Celebration

Talking about India's win, it was a thrilling win in the final. India were almost down and out at one point in time, with South Africa needing 26 off 24 balls, but Hardik Pandya got the big wicket of Heinrich Klaasen and then Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh bowled brilliant overs as India managed to clinch the final by seven runs.

After the victory, Team India met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi, and then there was a huge victory parade in Mumbai from Marine Drive to Wankhede as the World Champions were felicitated in style.
