Indian star batter Suryakumar Yadav received a royal welcome at his Mumbai residence after India's historic ICC T20 World Cup victory in Barbados. 

Earlier the Indian team received a warm welcome at the Delhi airport after that the 'Men in Blue' met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Following this Rohit Sharma and Co. continued their celebrations with an open-top bus parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede Stadium.

The celebrations did not end there for Suryakumar Yadav as he reached his Mumbai residence he was welcomed by his family members specifically his mother as she greeted his son with a garland followed by aarti. 

She also welcomed her son by placing a tikka on his forehead as she followed a complete Hindu tradition. 

SKY's family also arranged Dhol performers as they created a festive atmosphere. Suryakumar Yadav was dancing and enjoying himself with his wife Devisha Shetty.

Suryakumar Yadav has smashed half-centuries and has made 199 runs at an average of 28.44 in eight games. And how can someone forget that sensational catch that Suryakumar snatched in the final against T20 World Cup 2024 to dismiss David Miller in the final over? 

In the last over, Hardik Pandya bowled a low full-toss on the first ball, and David Miller launched it over long-off, as he aimed for a six. However, Suryakumar Yadav was positioned near the boundary rope and displayed a remarkable presence of mind by holding onto the catch.
