Indian Women's Team, under Harmanpreet Kaur, clinched Gold at the Asian Games in Hangzhou with an emphatic win over Sri Lanka in a lop-sided final. Following the resounding victory and celebrations of the women's Team, the Asian Games' spotlight now pivots towards the eagerly anticipated performance of the men's Team, igniting hopes and expectations for their own pursuit of Gold at the grand stage.

In a bid to hype up fans for the men's competition, the streaming network has released a vibrant commercial featuring several Team India cricketers set to appear at the Asian Games.

The men's T20I competition of the ongoing Asian Games went underway on September 27 with a group-stage match between Nepal and Mongolia. Team India, on the other hand, will launch their campaign on October 3 at Hangzhou's Pingfeng Campus Cricket Ground.

Ahead of India's much-awaited fixture, Asian Games broadcaster Sony Sports Network have dropped an enthralling 25-second video on their social media accounts to liven up Indian cricket fans. The commercial, narrated by Bollywood actor Sunny Deol, features snippets of Team India's Asian Games-bound stars, including captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, Avesh Khan and Arshdeep Singh.

The Indian Team for the Asian Games features several youngsters and debutants in the side, considering the main line-up is currently engaged at the 2023 World Cup back in India.

Ruturaj Gaikwad was appointed as the captain for the games, and he is set to lead a number of IPL stars like Arshdeep Singh, Washington Sundar, Rinku Singh, Tilak Verma, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan among others.
