On Sunday, September 8, Shubman Gill celebrated his 25th birthday. The right-hand batter was trending all over the internet as his fans flooded the social media with 'Happy Birthday Gill' trend. 

In the latest events, a video from Gill's birthday bash has been doing rounds on the internet. In the viral clip, Shubman can be seen singing karaoke with his friends. 

On the special occasion, his close friend Khushpreet Singh Aulakh shared a series of pictures from Gill's birthday on his Instagram Stories. It showed that Gill also cut a custom themed cake which had his famous 'Century Celebration' on it. Also,  number  “25” and a text reading, “Happy Birthday Shubman.” 


Yuvraj Singh's Special Wish For Gill

On Gill's birthday, Yuvraj Singh, who has played a huge role in shaping Shubman's career, took to Instagram to share a sweet message for the birthday boy and also shared unseen footage of Gill dancing with Abhishek Sharma.

On the occasion of his 25th birthday, Gill was playing in the Duleep Trophy match between India A and India B, where he captained the A side. However, his side suffered a 76-run defeat and he too fell cheaply in the second innings that ruined his plans for a perfect birthday.
