In a surprising revelation, New Zealand batter Kane Williamson was spotted in an unfamiliar look as he underwent a transformation. In a picture widely shared on the internet, Williamson can be seen with shorter hair and thick blonde beard and the fans approved his fresh change.

Kane Williamson, one of the best modern day batters in world cricket, has been the backbone of New Zealand line up across all formats. Under his leadership, the Black Caps won the inaugural season of the World Test Championship by beating India in a rain affected final.

However, Kane Williamson is lately struggling to stay healthy and fit. He sustained a groin injury in a series against Sri Lanka and was ruled out of the subsequent Test series against India. He missed being a part of history as his team whitewashed the men in blue in a rare moment in Test cricket history.
