Jay Shah Presents Golden Ticket Of 2023 World Cup To Amitabh Bachchan

India is ready to host the ICC Cricket World Cup after 12 years. It's been ten years since India won any ICC championship as well. With just a month left for the World Cup, BCCI is preparing well for the event. 

The 15-man squad of the Indian team was announced earlier today, and the team is ready and pumped for the upcoming World Cup. But before heading to the big event, the team is currently playing the Asia Cup and would love to have the title before the ICC event. 

Mr Jay Shah, the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, felicitated the Golden Ticket for the upcoming World Cup to the legend of the entertainment world, Mr Amitabh Bachchan.


Here's what BCCI wrote while sharing the news:

"Golden ticket for our golden icons! BCCI Honorary Secretary JayShah had the privilege of presenting our golden ticket to none other than the Superstar of the Millennium, Shri @SrBachchan. A legendary actor and a devoted cricket enthusiast, Shri Bachchan's unwavering support for TeamIndia continues to inspire us all. We're thrilled to have him join us for the ICC CricketWorldCup2023."

The legendary actor will be attending the World Cup and supporting the Indian team in the next month. Meanwhile, talking about India, the Men in Blue have named a formidable squad for the marquee event. Currently, they are in Sri Lanka, participating in the Asia Cup 2023.
