Rumours have been circulating that Indian opener and Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill is set to marry television actress Ridhima Pandit this December. However, the actress on Saturday dispelled the rumours, stating that she doesn't even know who Shubman Gill is.

Ridhima Pandit is a popular television actress best known for her role as the robot Rajni in "Bahu Humari Rajni Kant". She has appeared in several other TV and OTT shows as well.

She took it to Instagram to talk about the rumoured wedding where she denied the claims and stated she doesn't even know him. 

Shubman Gill has not commented on these rumors till now. Earlier, there were also rumors of Shubman Gill dating Sara Tendulkar, daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, but those remain unsubstantiated.

Entertainment websites and forums have been buzzing with excitement since yesterday following rumors of the potential wedding of India's rising star, Shubman Gill. Many top Bollywood-related accounts have joined in the celebration of this news.

However, some fans are skeptical and question whether this is merely a publicity stunt orchestrated by Ridhima's PR team.

Fans are buzzing about the possibility of Ridhima Pandit playing the role of Naagin. Thereby, some suspect it could be a PR stunt to build excitement.




Shubman Gill was not selected for India's 15-man World Cup squad, instead being placed in the reserves. Earlier in IPL Gill led Gujarat Titans finished at 8th position of the IPL table.
