Television actress Ridhima Pandit has reacted to recent rumours indicating her marriage with Indian opening batter Shubman Gill. For the past few days, several circulating reports have claimed that the actress will be marrying the cricketer in December later this year.

Contrary to the claims, Ridhima Pandit has finally clarified that she is not getting married to Shubman Gill. On May 31, she took to her Instagram account and cleared the air around all speculative rumours by claiming that she would have set the record straight if she was indeed marrying anyone.

Ridhima Pandit refutes marriage rumours with Shubman Gill

On May 31, Ridhima Pandit took to her Instagram account and shared a video on her story. In a short footage, the 33-year-old denied her marriage rumours with Indian cricketer Shubman Gill.

Moreover, Ridhima added that she would have herself confirmed the news if she was marrying the cricketer instead of keeping it a secret. She said:

“I woke up with a lot of calls from journalists asking about my marriage, but what marriage? I am not getting married and if something important like this is happening in my life I myself would come out and announce the news, there is no truth to this news.”

As per media reports in May, actress Ridhima Pandit was rumoured to get married to Shubman Gill in December this year in Jaipur. The reports also indicated that the two personalities were intending to keep their marriage a secret.

On the cricketing front, Shubman Gill is currently lined up as one of the travelling reserves for Team India at the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2024 in the West Indies and the USA. The cricketer recently led the Gujarat Titans franchise in the IPL 2024 season in India.
