In the latest development, RCB star, Yash Dayal has been accused of mental and physical assault by a Woman in Uttar Pradesh. An FIR was registered against Dayal and an official complaint has also reached Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath's office as the Woman needed assistance from the higher authority.

In the FIR, the victim stated that she was in a relationship with Yash Dayal for the last 5 years and was also introduced to his family members. She added that Dayal exploited her mentally, financially and physically. When she found out about his intentions, she was assaulted by the Cricketer.

As per the FIR, the victim found out that Dayal was involved in similar false relationships with other girls as well. On 14 June 2025, the complainant called the women's helpline 181, but the process did not proceed at the police station.

Victim reached CM's office for help

The FIR stated that on 14 June 2025, the complainant called the women's helpline 181, but the process did not proceed at the police station. The complainant is financially and socially helpless, so she is seeking justice directly from the Chief Minister's Office.

The victim has all the chats, screenshots and video calls to prove the allegations. She has requested the case to advance quickly and the convict should be punished, in this case, Dayal.

Another similar case faced by WI's famous cricketer

Recently, a West Indian cricketer was accused of sexual harassment by 11 Women. A young Women from Guyana claimed that she was assaulted by the West Indian star in 2023 and the family of the woman has claimed that attempts are being made to stifle the complaint.

To date, there has been no public response from the West Indies Cricket Board or the Guyana Police Force to the allegations. No official charges have been issued and there has been no public statement from the player.
