Team India have arrived in Sri Lanka ahead of the crucial multi-format tour starting on July 27. The Men in Blue will play three T20Is followed by three ODIs.

The Suryakumar Yadav-led T20I side departed for the Island Nation on July 22. Meanwhile, BCCI released a video of the players travelling from India to Sri Lanka and also showed glimpse of Sri Lanka's amazing hospitality as the players were showered with flower petals upon their arrival at the hotel.

Ahead of departing for Sri Lanka, Gautam Gambhir addressed the press for the first time where he talked in details about Virat-Rohit's future, T20I captaincy and several other topics. 

Meanwhile, in the same video, Hardik Pandya also hogged the headlines as he was captured giving a warm hug to newly named captain Suryakumar Yadav. With the special gesture, he also ended the rumours of his rift with SKY.
