Harmanpreet Kaur, born on March 8, 1989, in Moga, Punjab has made a massive name for herself as a powerhouse in international women's cricket.

Kaur burst onto the international scene in March 2009, making her ODI debut against Pakistan at the Bradman Oval during the World Cup. By June of that year, she had also marked her entry into the T20 international arena, showcasing her skills in the ICC Women's World Twenty20 against England. 

The highlight of her career is winning the Women's World Cup 2025, becoming the first Indian captain to win a ICC women's trophy. 

Kaur leads the Mumbai Indians Women in the Women's Premier League (WPL) and she steered her team to a title win in the inaugural season in 2023. She represents Punjab in the domestic circuit.
