Suryakumar Yadav is at the pinnacle of his cricketing career. Already the world's top T20I batter, Surya was rewarded for his relentless efforts by being named India's T20I captain, taking over from Hardik Pandya.

The new T20I skipper for the three-match series against Sri Lanka was seen gearing up for the games, starting on July 26.

Suryakumar, affectionately known as "Surya Dada," exhibited a composed and confident demeanor as he descended the stairs for his training session at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

Accompanying him was Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj, both appearing focused and ready for the upcoming challenge.
