Chahal and Dhanashree- (X.com)
Star India spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is celebrating his 34th birthday on July 23. The Haryana-born cricketer made his debut for India in 2016 and has scripted several records in his eight-year-long career.
Notably, Chahal is India's leading wicket-taker in T20Is. However, he failed to play a solitary game in the recently concluded T20 World Cup, where Kuldeep Yadav was preferred ahead of him in the pecking order.
Nonetheless, on his 34th birthday, Star Sports posted a special video of a light-hearted interaction with Chahal. In the footage, Chahal namedropped his three biggest fears in life.
The 34-year-old revealed that he is scared of Height, Darkness and Water.
In the same video, Chahal also revealed that his favourite super-hero is Iron Man. Further, he stated that he would have advised his younger-self to eat more.
It is also worth noting that Chahal is currently out of scheme of things for the selectors, as he is not a part of the squad touring for Sri Lanka series.
India will take part in a multi-format series against Sri Lanka starting on July 27. They will first play three-match T20I series followed by a three-match ODI series.
