Sanju Samson is one of the most popular figures in Indian cricket, and wherever he goes, there is a buzz around him. He was part of India's victorious T20 World Cup campaign and played for India in the recently concluded T20I series against Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. 

He did not get a chance in the ODI series against the Lankans though, and now a video has emerged where he is seen playing Football on the Basketball court in India's training jersey.

In the video, Samson is playing a light game of football with his friends under lights and seem to be enjoying the off-season with him not even included in the Duleep Trophy squads announced recently.

Sanju Samson came into Sri Lanka series as a man in form with a fifty in the Zimbabwe series and a good IPL season under his belt. He got a chance to open the innings in the second T20I, but departed for a golden duck and then in the third ODI, when he got his preferred number 3 spot, he disappointed again and ended up with zero runs in the whole series.
