Child stars Agnus and Matida reappeared again after the announcement for New Zealand as the team departed for the marquee tournament in the Caribbean and the United States of America (USA) on Wednesday.

Agnus and Matida stole the limelight during the Black Caps departure as they interacted and pranked with them. New Zealand top-order batter Daryl Mitchell appreciated the child stars for their unique way of announcing the squad for the multi-nation mega event.

“You guys did well with the announcement,” Mitchell said.

“Good job on making the team,” Matilda replied.

The child stars also engaged in a conversation with New Zealand captain Kane Williamson; jokingly asking him to take them along with the team.

“What movies are you going to watch in the flight,” Angus asked the New Zealand skipper to which Williamson replied ‘Dune’, a popular American science fiction film.

“Can you sneak us onto the plane in one of your bags? Can we come with you?” Angus and Matilda said. Williamson, jokingly, replied in the affirmative.

All-rounder Rachin Ravindra also engaged in a conversation with them before catching the flight.
