India might have qualified for the Super 8s of the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2024, but there remain concerns in the playing XI, especially given how the line-up would look once the Men in Blue reach the West Indies shore.

Conditions in the United States of America (USA) dictated teams prefer pacers over spinners, which Team India adapted to reasonably well. 

However, raising concerns is form of ace all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who has been overshadowed by Axar Patel, leading to the former player's place in T20Is hotly debated.

Speaking on CREX's YouTube, former India cricketer-turned-commentator Aakash Chopra has opined that Patel is a better package in T20Is than Jadeja.

Chopra further stated that India will in all likelihood play both Patel and Jadeja in the matches in the Windies and will prefer one out of either Kuldeep Yadav or Yuzvendra Chahal.

In 3 matches, Patel has claimed three wickets while Jadeja despite being economical remains wicketless, and did not even chance his arm against Canada. 

It will be interesting to see will Rahul Dravid and think tank will leave out Jadeja in India's final Group A match, or rest Patel and give the former more match-time in the middle to regain form. 

India will meet Canada on June 15 in Florida, before travelling to the Caribbean Islands for the Super 8 and rest of knockout games.
