Meanwhile, SKY, who enjoys a great fan following, delighted his fans by signing autographs and clicking selfies with them while fielding near the boundary.
A video has been doing rounds on the internet where several fans gathered near the boundary ropes to get a glimpse of their star. They even clicked photos and had to be escorted away by security.
However, Surya won the fans' hearts as signed photographs and even jerseys that the fans brought with them after the play ended on day 1. The kids were delighted to see their star and were seen running all-over the ground.
Not just SKY, but Shreyas Iyer too was present on the field playing for Mumbai as he is eyeing his return to the Indian set-up in red-ball cricket.

The KKR skipper also hogged the internet on day 1 of the ongoing Buchi Babu match between Mumbai and TNCA XI, where he copied his KKR teammate Sunil Narine's action when he came to bowl in the 90th over of the game.
After the end of play on day 1, TNCA, batting first, put 294/5 on the board and are in a comfortable position in the match.
