The five-match Test series in Australia turned out to be quite a roller-coaster of a ride for the Indian team. They started off with a win, but things did not go their way after the Perth Test, resulting in many reports that claimed dispute between the head coach, Gambhir and Rohit Sharma.

There were series of revelations in media which targeted rift in Indian cricket, and a person named 'Mr. Fix It' was supposed to be leaking all the news. However, according to TV9 Bharatvarsh report, Sarfaraz Khan was the one who spilled all the news to the media. According to the report, Sarfaraz Khan's name was revealed in the BCCI review meeting by Gautam Gambhir.

The Indian head coach accused the right-handed batter for cheating the team and specially talked about an Indian Express report where it was stated that Gambhir lashed out at Indian players after the Melbourne loss. The authenticity of the report by TV9 is doubtable, but if it is true, it is quite a shocking revelation.

Mystery Continues Over Rohit Sharma's Test Future

Earlier, there were reports that Virat Kohli is the 'Mr. Fix It' and he was eager to take over the leadership as a senior player. However, there is no confirmation of that news too, and Gautam Gambhir in the press conference mentioned that team environment is fine, and all the reports are baseless.

There are doubts over future of Rohit Sharma in Test cricket as there were also reports that Gambhir was not in favour of Rohit Sharma playing the final Test. The Indian skipper though made it clear that he is not retiring and it would be interesting to see how things unfold after this latest report about Sarfaraz Khan who did not play a single game in Australia.
