After the success at T20 World Cup 2024, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is enjoying his time away from the field. The hitman went on a vacation right after the victory parade in Mumbai and was recently seen in the USA.

Before the United States, the Indian skipper also went to London, where he made his presence felt at the recently concluded Wimbledon. 

Wimbledon is one of the four grand slams in tennis and is touted as the biggest tennis tournament in the world. Several dignitaries around the world mark their attendance at the Wimbledon and this year was no different.

The likes of top Hollywood actors like Tom Cruise, Benedict Cumberbatch and even former tennis star Roger Federer were seen in the stands. Even several cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Ben Stokes, and Jos Buttler too attended the event. 

However, Rohit Sharma scripted a historic feat, as his post on Wimbledon's official Instagram account became their most liked post for this season. 

Wimbledon's engaged post with Rohit crossed 4.4 million likes to become their most-liked post for 2024. 'Welcome To Wimbledon @RohitSharma.'

Wimbledon's post for Rohit has more likes than the one they posted for current champion Carlos Alcaraz. Talking about Alcaraz, the 21-year-old defended his title by beating Novak Djokovic in straight sets.
