Indian women’s spinner Shreyanka Patil attended the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru to extend her support towards the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) franchise. The 22-year-old was spotted in the stands live during the backend of the Rajasthan Royals’ run-chase in match 42 of the IPL 2025 season.
It is worth noting that Shreyanka represents the women’s team of the RCB franchise, and played a crucial role in their WPL title victory back in 2024 last year.
Shreyanka Patil supports RCB in Chinnaswamy
Shreyanka Patil has been spotted at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Thursday, April 24 to extend her support for the RCB franchise in their home match against the Rajasthan Royals. The 22-year-old looked seemingly tense amidst the Rajasthan Royals run-chase, as captured live on camera.
Shreyanka Patil has not played a single competitive match since the conclusion of the 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in the UAE back in October last year. She was also ruled out of the WPL 2025 season earlier this year from the RCB franchise owing to an injury, prompting the team management to replace her with Sneh Rana.
Nonetheless, the RCB batted first and formed 205-5 from 20 overs upfront. Senior man Virat Kohli top-scored in the innings with a swift 42-ball 70, while number three Devdutt Padikkal clubbed 50 from just 27 balls. Tim David and Jitesh Sharma also bludgeoned swift 20s during the slog overs.
For the Rajasthan Royals, Jofra Archer claimed tight figures of 1-33, while seasoned speedster Sandeep Sharma picked up two wickets in his expensive four-over spell of 2-45.
