The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the ticket prices for Pakistan’s upcoming three-match T20I series against Bangladesh. In a bold initiative, the board has introduced wallet-friendly rates to ensure greater fan turnout and accessibility for all.
Tickets for certain area of the stadium are priced as low as just PKR 200, i.e. INR 61. The series between Bangladesh and hosts Pakistan is scheduled to launch from May 28 onwards later this month.
PCB unveil wallet-friendly ticket prices
The PCB has unveiled that the ticket prices for the general enclosed areas of the Gaddafi Stadium named after named after former cricketers like Hanif Mohammad, Imtiaz Ahmed, Inzamam-ul-Haq and Saeed Ahmed are priced just PKR 200.
Moreover, the first-class sections of the stadium are now available for only PKR 300. Meanwhile, for fans wanting the premium experience at the Rajas and Saeed Anwar sections will have to shell out just PKR 400, i.e., INR 122.
The VIP areas, named after Fazal Mahmood and 1992 World Cup winning skipper Imran Khan are priced PKR 500. The VVIP areas of both, the Jinnah End as well as the Iqbal End of the Gaddafi Stadium will be available for PKR 2,000. The ticket prices for enjoying the experience from the Gallery Boxes (hospitability boxes) is also PKR 2,000 for the series.
The Bangladesh cricket team is set to tour Pakistan for a three-match T20I series. While the first T20I will be hosted by the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on May 28, the venue will also host the subsequent two matches on May 30 and June 1 respectively. It is worth noting that the series serves as a testing ground for both sides prior to the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka next year.
