The Indian team's destructive batter Suryakumar Yadav, and his wife Devisha Shetty, lavishly celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary on July 7.  The dynamic cricketer shared a recent post on Instagram along with some adorable pictures with wife. 

The celebration of their wedding anniversary has doubled after Suryakumar Yadav's commendable performance in the T20 World Cup. 

'SKY' have had a great outing with the bat in the recently concluded T20 World Cup in which he scored 199 runs at an average of 28.44 in eight games. Apart from his contribution with the bat, what remains the highlight was the juggling catch of David Miller in the last over of the final encounter between India and South Africa.

Suryakumar Yadav 'Heartening' Post For Wife Devisha Shetty

The couple seemed to have celebrated their wedding anniversary along with India's victory in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup with a customised cake that had world champions written on it. 

The 33-year-old cricketer in the post mentioned that apart from the catch that he had taken in the final, the most important catch he had taken was 8 years ago when he met his wife. 

Yesterday marked 8 days since THAT catch but my most important catch was actually 8 years ago! 8 years ago, ∞ years to go.

The love story of the adorable couple began during their college days in the year 2010. They dated for a few years and the couple tied the knot in 2016. 

Earlier after winning the marquee tournament, Indian star cricketer Suryakumar Yadav received a grand welcome at his Mumbai residence with his wife after India's historic victory in Barbados.
