Mohammed Shami T20I Career

Shami's journey in Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) has been one of gradual evolution and significant contributions. He debuted in the T20I format on March 21, 2014, against Pakistan in the 2014 T20 World Cup, marking his entry with a wicket. However, he was dropped for the remainder of that tournament after playing the next two matches. Shami's T20I career saw intermittent appearances, partly due to injury and form issues.

In the 2014 tour of England, Shami returned to the T20I side, showcasing his capability by taking three wickets in the sole match of the series. However, a shoulder injury led to a hiatus from T20Is, and he did not feature in the T20 World Cup 2016 despite being part of the squad.
