The 16th match of PSL 2024 between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators which is scheduled to start at 7.30 PM IST at Karachi is facing a severe crisis ahead of the game. Reportedly, 13 players are suffering from stomach bug and Karachi Kings are finding it difficult to field 11 fit players for the match.

Karachi Kings last played on 28th of February against Islamabad United and lost the game by seven wickets. However, Shamsi who bowled three overs in the match, admitted after the game that he played with illness and there is bug in Karachi Kings camp.

This is an important game for Karachi Kings who have lost two and won two so far and would be looking to get a win under their belt to climb up on the points table. However, even if they are able to field 11 players and some of the big players miss out, it would hamper their chances big time which is not their fans would be hoping for.

Quetta Gladiators, on the other hand, have won three matches out of the four and would be eyeing a comeback in this game, after suffering their first loss against Multan Sultans in the last one. It would be interesting to see how this drama unfolds and Karachi fans would be hoping that their players are fit and they notch up a win in this game.
