[Watch] Babar Azam's Inside-Out Six vs Naseem Shah's Brother Enroute His PSL 2024 Hundred

Babar Azam has been in supreme touch since the T20I series against New Zealand and is displaying his magic in the PSL 2024 as well. After fifties in the initial matches, he took his game to another level against Islamabad United in the game 11 of the season, and smashed a special century off just 59 balls.

Babar Azam started off on a cautious note as he normally does but picked up the pace after his fifty and teared apart Naseem Shah's brother Hunain Shah in the 18th over with 23 runs in it. He hit four fours in that over along with a six and a single and continued his onslaught till the last over ending with an unbeaten knock of 111 off 63 balls.

The six in that 18th over was especially mesmerizing as Hunain Shah bowled it full on off and Babar Azam made room quickly gauging where the gap lies on the field. He pumped it beautifully over extra cover and stamped his authority on the young bowler who looked short of ideas.


Babar Azam got to his century in the 19th over when he pushed Tymal Mills delivery to long off and took a single.

It was followed by an animated celebration from Babar which signified how important the knock was for him.  

This was Babar Azam's 11th T20 century and with the kind of form and consistency he is showing, there are surely many more to come.
