Out of the 10 teams participating in the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2024 season, the top five teams from the points table will qualify for the knockout stage. The knockout stage itself consists of five matches, featuring two qualifiers, two eliminators and a final.

The top two teams from the points table will start off the playoffs with Qualifier 1, where the winner will receive a direct entry to the finals. The trend will continue with an Eliminator, which will be played between teams finishing fourth and fifth on the standings. The winner of the first Eliminator will then face the third-placed team in another Eliminator, thus capping an exciting triple-header in Abu Dhabi.
The loser of the first qualifier will receive another crack for the title clash in the form of the second Qualifier owing to their top two finish. They will be facing the winner of the second Eliminator for a spot in the finals, thus setting a date with the winner of the first qualifier.

Teams like Northern Warriors, defending champions New York Strikers, Ajman Bolts, Bangla Tigers and Chennai Brave Jaguars were eliminated from the playoffs race for occupying the final five slots on the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2024 points table.
