After tasting a defeat in their first match of the season, Karachi Kings will be taking on Peshawar Zalmi on Wednesday, February 21. Multan Sultans defeated the Kings comfortably by a margin of 55 runs on Sunday, February 18. The team management might think of making a few changes to the playing 11 ahead of the fixture.

Karachi Kings looked helpless against the Multan Sultans. Four out of eight batters were got out without scoring a single run. Shoaib Malik played like a lone warrior, scoring 53 runs off 35 balls. He smashed two sixes and five fours. Captain Shan Masood and Kieron Pollard also added a few runs.

The performance of their bowlers was not too different from that of their batters. Multan scored 185 runs, batting first, featuring fiery knocks from the bats of Reeza Hendricks and Dawid Malan. Khushdil Shah also played a good cameo. Karachi managed to pick only a couple of wickets as most of their bowlers were too expensive.

As it was only the first match of the season, Karachi Kings management is not expected to make many changes in the eleven against Peshawar Zalmi. They are expected to continue with the same eleven that played the last match. Take a look at the possible eleven of the Karachi Kings for the upcoming encounter.
