On Friday, India will cross swords against Bangladesh in the second Test of the ongoing two-match series on home soil. The high-voltage clash is scheduled at the iconic Green Park Stadium in Kanpur.

Despite getting a magnificent start with the ball, courtesy of Hasan Mahmud's clinical spell, the Tigers failed to dismantle India's lower middle order. Their inability to break the stand between Ashwin and Jadeja proved costly for the visitors, with the experienced duo scripting India's fightback with valiant knocks. 

Also, their batters didn't have a game worth remembering, with Mushfiqur Rahim, Litton Das, and Shakib Al Hasan registering poor outings. Although Najmul Hossain Shanto led from the front with a fighting half-century in the second innings, his effort proved insufficient to save the Tigers from a heavy defeat. 

So, there are plenty of things to ponder for Bangladesh. In such a scenario, it will be an uphill task for the visitors to stun their Indian counterparts.
