Yograj Singh's Derogatory Comments

In a recent interview, Yograj accused former Indian captain MS Dhoni of playing a significant role in cutting short Yuvraj's international career, claiming that Yuvraj could have represented India for another '4-5 years' if not for Dhoni's influence.

But attained everyone's attention when, Yograj Singh in the same interview also targeted legend Kapil Dev, with whom he has had a long-standing feud dating back to his exclusion from the Indian team in 1981 (according to reports of Hindustan Times). He also mentioned that Kapil Dev played a key role in his ousting due to perceiving him as a rival.

“The greatest captain of our time, Kapil Dev... I told him, I'll leave you in a position where the world would curse you. Today, Yuvraj Singh has 13 trophies, and you have only one, the World Cup. End of discussion,” Yograj said.

In his latest remarks, Yograj contrasted Yuvraj's achievements and highlighted that his son had 13 major trophies to his name during his career.

While on the other hand, Kapil Dev has a single World Cup title. In his comments, he hinted that some form of his 'revenge' has been fulfilled through Yuvraj's successes.
