The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) dressing room is setting a high standard for brotherhood and togetherness in this Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) season and it is showing in their results as well.

In the latest video where team grouped together, Venkatesh Iyer was seen praising Varun Chakravarthy's comeback after getting punished in the first over.

Interestingly, Venkatesh himself joked about his performance, adding a humorous touch to the situation. Venkatesh Iyer conceded 28 runs in the over he bowled.

Venkatesh Iyer, recognized as one of the most articulate speakers in the KKR team, was lauding his friend and teammate Varun Chakravarthy for his exceptional comeback.

However, despite his heartfelt praise, Venkatesh didn't get the chance to bounce back with a second over after Rishabh Pant's rampage during his over against Delhi Capitals on Wednesday.

This situation brought the entire KKR family to erupt in laughter.

This friendly and open culture, both during games and off the field, reflects what Gautam Gambhir brings to KKR. This closeness adds to the lively and encouraging vibe within the team.

Rishabh Pant Slaughtered Venkatesh Iyer

Rishabh Pant, making a comeback to cricket in the IPL, is on the way to regain his form and secure a spot in the T20 World Cup. Having missed the ODI World Cup due to accident, Pant finds himself in a position where he must attack, particularly when chasing a huge target of 273 runs in 20 overs.

Alongside Stubbs, Pant aimed to rescue Delhi after an early collapse. In the 12th over, Venkatesh Iyer, part-time bowler of KKR, found himself at the receiving end as Pant seized the opportunity, smashing him for 28 runs, including four boundaries and two sixes.
