Virat Kohli, Mohammad Siraj, and Faf du Plessis recently appeared in a segment hosted for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) amidst the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. During the event, Kohli made a fun remark about the difference between a bowler's and a batter's cheat meal after a long day on the field.

In a viral video, the interviewer asks the RCB players about their guilty pleasure snack after a long day at work. Kohli funnily replies that 'there is no guilt after a game for bowlers'; they can eat anything they wish to.

"Match ke baad kuch guilty nahi hai, daba ke khaa sakte hai [bowlers]. (After the match, bowlers can eat anything junk). - Virat Kohli said in an event hosted for RCB.

This is a fast bowler talking because he (Siraj) has to bowl his quota whatsoever. Our (batters) game can get over in one ball as well. Thus, we need to be calculative. [Chuckles].

Virat Kohli goes on to explain the difference between a bowler's and a batter's approach while following the diet. He says that a bowler has to bowl 4 overs anyway and sprint [which burns the calories], it is not the same with batters who can go back even after just facing one ball.
