Everyone are aware of Virat Kohli's remarkable talent on the cricket field, but what may come as a surprise is his foray into the business world.

Kohli has strategically invested in startups like Rage Coffee, the fitness center Chisel, menswear brand WROGN, Blue Tribe, and several others, often alongside his wife, Anushka Sharma

The prolific batter is not the only player from the Indian cricket team who has ventured into business. In fact, almost all the superstars of the team have made investments in various businesses at some point in their careers.

Watch: Kohli's candid take on being a businessman

Recently, Kohli shared what career path he would have pursued if he hadn't become a cricketer. He has no doubt that he would have been a businessman.

"If it was not Cricket then I would have went for doing business but if I was not a cricketer and done business it's 200% sure that I would have been fooled by people in business. Now I'm a bit good at business after getting beaten and betrayed in this field" - Kohli said in an event hosted for RCB.

Kohli is having a fantastic IPL season, scoring 500 runs in 10 games with an impressive average of 71.43 and a strike rate of 147.49, surpassing his career stats. He has scored four half-centuries and a century so far this season.

Kohli has been included in the Indian squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, where he is expected to open the innings with Rohit Sharma or bat at number three, depending on Yashasvi Jaiswal's involvement in the main eleven.

Initially, there were rumors of Kohli being omitted from the squad, but his impressive performances in the IPL changed the course of events.

Nevertheless, Kohli will next be seen on Saturday as Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) play Gujarat Titans (GT) in its reverse fixture in Bengaluru.
