The World Cup 2023 is turning out to be a great one for the bowlers and the Indian bowlers have been nothing short of impressive in this tournament. Shreyas Iyer, who finally got to spend some time in the middle against Sri Lanka made a comment on the Indian bowling line-up.

Rohit Sharma and his men are still undefeated at this World Cup after seven games. They have been brilliant in all departments of the games, whether it's their batting or the bowling. But if something is helping them achieve this kind of success, it is their bowling.

Undoubtedly, India seems to have the best bowling line-up with the perfect blend of variations according to the Indian conditions. Especially the seamers, they have been taking wickets in all three phases of the innings.

With bowlers like Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Kuldeep Yadav, the team is looking furious and have the capability to rattle any batting line-up in the cricket world.

Shreyas Iyer, who played a blistering knock of 82 off just 56 deliveries and hammered six sixes, appreciated the bowling line-up of India and said that they are lucky as they are not facing the Indian seamers in the matches.

"Lucky we don't have to play Shami, Bumrah and Siraj," Shreyas Iyer stated.

Mohammed Shami has taken 14 wickets in just three games, while Siraj took three in the game against Sri Lanka.

Now that the Indian team have officially qualified for the semifinals, they can rest a few players in the clash against the Netherlands, but they would not be resting anyone against South Africa as this contest could be the potential final of the World Cup 2023.
