As the buzz is turning heads, former Pakistani star Tanveer Ahmed poured fuel on the fire with a shocking comment that sent the controversy soaring.

As the cricket world was in a storm over this allegation, former Pakistani star Tanveer Ahmed’s recent comment turned up the heat. While taking a dig at the tournament, he boldly labeled most teams as fixers, adding fuel to the growing storm.

“BCCI bolta ha humari IPL duniya ke sab say bari league ha han woh tou ha lekin fixing bhi sab say bari hote ha ziyada tar tou team's fixer's kay pass hain,” he wrote on social media.


Rajasthan Royals Deny The ‘Baseless’ Allegation

As the Rajasthan Royals are having a tough time in the ongoing tournament with consecutive setbacks, the match-fixing allegation has added more woes to them. As the controversy was catching air after their latest defeat, the team came up with a sharp jab.

After calling it baseless, they swiftly moved against Jaideep Bihani, a senior figure in the Rajasthan Cricket Association, who had accused the franchise of spot-fixing. They have already reached out to the Chief Minister, Sports Minister, and Sports Secretary of Rajasthan, urging them to take firm action against Bihani.
