After the top four teams have been finalized in the ongoing IPL 2025, the buzz is going over which teams will make their spot in the top 2 positions. In the last few remaining matches, teams will go all out, leaving no stone unturned in their fierce race to grab those precious top 2 spots.

Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra warned that the remaining matches could shake things up dramatically, with the SRH poised to spoil the party at the last minute.

SRH To Spoil The Party?

After an intense battle with brilliance, Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and Mumbai Indians make their way to the top 4 position. As there are still some more games left, the top 2 teams are yet to be decided. The upcoming SRH vs RCB and MI vs PBKS will make a huge impact in deciding the top 2 sides in the points table.

While reflecting on this, former Indian batter Aakash Chopra said that SRH could play a spoiler in the top 2 calculation. Packed with match-winners, they have the firepower to shake up the top 2 equation and throw a wrench in other teams' plans.

“A change is coming. RCB vs PBKS – I think one of them drops a game. MI vs PBKS is also crucial. Don’t rule out SRH – they beat LSG and have game-changers. One big innings, like Marsh’s today, can shake things up. I won’t be surprised if the top four look completely different,” Chopra said.

Big Prediction For RCB vs SRH Clash

After weather has become a concern in Bengaluru, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs the Sunrisers Hyderabad clash has been shifted to Lucknow. Weighing in on the shift, former Indian batter Aakash Chopra predicted a low-scoring thriller, pointing to the ground’s tricky surface as key factors that could keep batters in check.

“Don’t expect a high-scoring game – Ekana won’t allow it. It’s a big ground, not Chinnaswamy. But it’ll still be a good contest. Don’t count out SRH. That said, the dice is loaded in favour of the team Virat Kohli plays for,” he added.

After the match against the KKR was washed out, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru are all set to face the Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 23. To make it to the top 2, they will try hard to register a thrilling win.
