English all-rounder Moeen Ali showed his hitting skills against Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2022. At the Brabourne Stadium, Moeen smashed a fifty in just 19 balls, hitting clean and powerful shots throughout his innings.
He ended up scoring 93 runs from 57 balls, but it was his start that made all the difference. Ali hit Trent Boult for 30 runs in an over and propelled CSK to a 150/6 total. Though CSK lost the game, fans approved Moeen’s resurgence.

Former Indian cricketer and CSK legend Suresh Raina’s 16-ball fifty against Kings XI Punjab (now known as Punjab Kings) in IPL 2014 is still one of the most iconic innings in IPL history. This knock came in Qualifier 2 at the Wankhede Stadium. Chasing 227, Raina went berserk from the very first ball, smashing the bowlers all around the ground.
He scored 87 runs off just 25 balls but got run out. Despite CSK losing the game by 24 runs, Raina’s innings is still remembered as one of the best in IPL. This remains the fastest fifty ever for CSK.
