Team India had a thumping win over Bangladesh last night and are yet to lose a game in the ongoing World Cup 2023. Rohit Sharma and company with their fourth consecutive victory in four games are going ahead with being the favourites of the tournament.

There are a few special moments from the last night, one of them being, Virat Kohli bowling the remaining three deliveries of Hardik Pandya as he could not continue with a twisted ankle. Virat Kohli also completed his 48th ODI century with a monstrous six and finished the game.

The right-hander used to bowl often in the early stages of his career, but now that India have the luxurious all-rounders, we rarely see a part-time bowler like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Before the World Cup, Rohit gave an indication to the press that he and Kohli might roll some arm over in the World Cup, and we got to see Kohli bowling a few.

In the 2008 Under-19 World Cup, Virat Kohli led the Indian team to win the championship. While he gave his headshot video for the introduction, he introduced himself as the right-arm quick bowler as he used to bowl in the matches regularly.

Last night when virat was asked to complete Hardik's over, the crowd went bonkers when they saw him bowling. The last time Virat bowled in an international game was in 2017. He did did bowl one over against Australia in the T20 World Cup's warm-up game, but after six years he finally bowled in an international game.

With Hardik Pandya not available for the next game, we might see Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma rolling some arm over as the captain said. Team India will be facing the Kiwis on Sunday in their fifth game of the tournament.
