[Watch] Ashish Nehra's Shameful Act Leaves Murali Kartik in Agonising Pain

Cricket has seen some of the best friendships on and off the field and it isn't a surprise when cricketers engage in ridiculous acts where they sometimes cross the line. There is one incident which is going viral on social media and grabbing the attention of fans.

Former Indian cricketers Ashish Nehra and Murali Kartik were involved in a friendly exchange before the start of the match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Gujarat Titans (GT).

In the video that was played by Indian Premier League (IPL) during the game, Nehra went to Kartik, who was preparing for the toss and while having the discussion, head coach of GT kicked the commentator in the box. Latter fell on the ground in some pain and as soon as he got back up, Kartik tried to take his revenge on Nehra but couldn't do as both of them dissolved into laughter.

The banter between the two is seen as a camaraderie among two former stars for India who shared dressing room during the 2000's decade.

Coming to match, Gujarat Titans chased the total of 180 runs with 13 balls to spare courtesy of a blistering knock from Vijay Shankar who scored 51 from 24 balls.
