Virat Kohli is known for his aggressive mannerisms on the cricket field and has never backed down from having a word or two. In the second Test against South Africa at Cape Town, he was in the hotspot yet again with Nandre Burger, the Proteas pacer displaying some aggression against Virat Kohli.

It was a good-length delivery on off from Burger who has bowled brilliantly so far in the series. Virat Kohli defended it solidly and the ball went back to Burger who stopped it. Burger then nastily teased Virat Kohli and threatened to throw the ball at him but Virat Kohli unlike his previous altercations responded with a cute smile.

South Africa are clearly a frustrated lot after they were cleaned up by India on just 55 while India are in a driver's seat having started their innings on a decent note.

Burger recently has made debut for South Africa across formats and is quite highly rated. He has been bought by Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024 Auction and it would be interesting to see how the battle between Burger and Virat Kohli shape up as the Test match moves forward.

Virat Kohli, on the other hand, is looking pretty solid and would be eyeing a big hundred to start the new year with a bang.
