When Sanju Samson played a pull shot off Himanshu Sharma on Saturday, Virat Kohli threw himself forward while running from the deep mid-wicket region. However, the timing of his dive was not perfect, resulting in him dropping a catch, something we don’t often see, at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.

Coming to chase 184, Samson and Jos Buttler batted aggressively since get go despite they lost Yashasvi Jaiswal for a two-ball duck. RCB were desperately looking for a wicket, and the chance came when Samson, batting on 28, went for a pull against Himanshu during the eighth over of RR’s innings.

Kohli, just after making a silly mistake while fielding near the boundary line, then dropped a catch due to his lack of judgement, leaving Himanshu more upset in the middle of the stadium. Even Kohli was not happy at himself, as he threw the ball angrily towards the bowler in frusutration.
