Suryakumar Yadav slammed his fourth T20I hundred on Thursday (December 14) during India's third and final match of the series at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. The Men in Blue stand-in skipper smashed eight sixes and seven fours in an entertaining knock of 56-ball 100, leaving everyone in awe.
SKY came in at No. 4 when India were in trouble, having lost Shubman Gill and Tilak Varma on successive deliveries by Keshav Maharaj. However, he showed no mercy to any South African bowlers, sending them left, right, and centre throughout his stay before eventually losing his wicket the next ball after reaching his hundred.
In the process, SKY joined Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell, who have also hit four T20I hundreds in their careers.
SKY was relieved with the way he batted since coming in, and after completing two runs off Lizaad Williams, he gave a kiss on his helmet to celebrate the wicket.
