In the fourth T20I match between the Indian women's team and Bangladesh women, held in Sylhet on Monday, India secured a victory, taking a commanding 4-0 lead in the five-match series.
The match was interrupted by rain, halting play at 5.5 overs with India at 48-2. At the crease during the interruption were Smriti Mandhana and Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur.

In between the rain delay, hailstorms descended, prompting the players to engage in some light-hearted fun by picking up hailstones and enjoying themselves on the field.
During the hailstorm, Amol Muzumdar, the batting coach of the Indian women's team, picked up hailstones and playfully knocked them into players' helmets.
Smriti Mandhana approached him, and he took a hailstone and gently tapped it against her helmet in a playful and endearing manner.

India were sent in to bat first under the cloudy skies of Sylhet after Bangladesh won the toss.
After the overs were reduced to 14 due to rain, India scored 122 runs, with Harmanpreet Kaur, Richa Ghosh, and Smriti Mandhana making significant contributions to the total.
Bangladesh, set a target of 125 runs according to the DLS rule, struggled during their innings and were restricted to 68-7. Debutant Asha Sobhana impressed, taking two wickets, while Deepti Sharma also claimed two wickets.
Harmanpreet Kaur who scored 39 runs is the player of the match. The final game of the series is scheduled to take place on May 9th.
