There is no shortage of aggression in the ongoing five-match Test series between India and England. And on Thursday, perhaps the most ferocious celebration of the series took place in Dharamsala, and it was Shoaib Bashir who produced that after getting rid of in-form Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Jaiswal has been in impeccable form in the series, and Bashir was hammered for a few lusty blows earlier in the day. In one over, Jaiswal dispatched the spinner for three sixes to make him look embarrassed. However, Bashir had the last laugh, as Jaiswal could not control himself from aggressive batting, resulting in him throwing his wicket away.

The southpaw brought up yet another fifty with a thumping four and scored another boundary on the following delivery. Then he came down the track for another biggie, only to miss making any connection with it due to a big turn. Ben Foakes made no mistake behind the wickets, as he completed the stumping to let Bashir go pumped.

It was a deadly stare from Bashir, and soon after, Ben Stokes hugged him from behind to keep his calm. On the other hand, Jaiswal fell after a quickfire 58-ball 57.

Meanwhile, at stumps on Day 1, India reached 135/1 after England's 218 in the first innings.
