Pakistan have shown their bowling might in their final T20 World Cup 2024 game against Ireland by knocking over Ireland batters one by one with great fun and swag. However, the wicket of Mark Adair, produced a bizarre situation when Shaheen Afridi and Usman Khan collided as the former just about managed to complete the catch.

The incident happened on the third delivery when Imad Wasim bowled a fuller delivery and Mark Adair tried to tonk it down the ground. He did get the elevation but the distance was not enough and ball went to the left of long on. 

Shaheen Afridi was there at long on and had all his eyes on the ball, but Usman Khan also came running in from deep mid-wicket and no one gave the call, and they eventually collided and both fell on the ground creating a confusing and comical situation.

Thankfully for Pakistan, Shaheen Afridi atleast grabbed the catch, but the lack of coordination between Pakistan players was once again on display. It was the eighth wicket of Ireland's innings and in the same over, Imad Wasim got another one as Pakistan continued to show their dominance in Florida.
