Sanju Samson is one of the most talented cricketers in Indian cricket and whenever he gets going, he is pretty hard to stop. He has also recently tasted success at the international level and now has started IPL 2024 with a fantastic fifty. It was his 21st IPL fifty and after losing two wickets in the Powerplay, he has taken his team to a strong position.

Sanju got to his fifty in the 13th over, with some memorable sixes in his kitty. One of those was against Ravi Bishnoi in the 11th over when the leg-spinner tossed up a delivery on the off stump line. Sanju got under it and launched it down the ground for a six that took RR's score over 100.

The RR skipper has made a habit to start IPL seasons with a bang and has scored over 50 in each of the game from 2020 season. One of those was a century in IPL 2021 against Punjab Kings and if Sanju Samson can continue the same form in the rest of the season, he can surely take RR to the heights that RR has not reached after their triumph in the inaugural season.
