Riding on a spectacular grab from Rohit Sharma, veteran Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja dismissed promising English batter Ollie Pope cheaply in the ongoing Test in Rajkot. With Pope's wicket, India pushed England to the verge of an embarrassing defeat in the game. 

The incident occurred in the tenth over when Indian skipper Rohit Sharma gave Ravindra Jadeja the ball to get rid of Ollie Pope. The move paid rich dividends, as the veteran spinner dismissed the Englishman on the fourth delivery of his over. 

After bowling three dot balls on the trot, Jadeja bowled one outside the off stump that turned sharply to take the outside edge of Pope's bat. Rohit, stationed at first slip, made no mistake, holding on to the catch with utmost sharpness. 

Following the dismissal, Rohit and Jadeja celebrated jubilantly while Pope made his way back to the dugout with disappointment written all over his face. 

After getting Pope, Jadeja wreaked havoc in the English camp, dismissing Jonny Bairstow with a ripper. As a result, England have fallen off the cliff, reeling at 29 for four, with Joe Root and Ben Stokes batting on 5* and 1*, respectively. With 528 more runs needed, England's hope of winning this match seems almost over.
